Election of Executive Officers

Call for nominations for TRACALA Executive Officers – March 2011

In line with the regulations set out in the Constitution, I hereby call for nominations for TRACALA election of officers for 2011/2012.

The Officer posts are:

President

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

The Executive Council (4 Positions)

The interim Executive is, therefore, seeking nominations from members to fulfill these posts.

Eligibility:

All current ‘fully paid up’ of TRACALA are welcome to nominate individuals considered eligible to participate in the Election of Officers. Members can nominate themselves or other members.

Process:

Call for nominations for the Election of Officers to be communicated to members at the ALA2011 Membership meeting and via the website

Nominees are requested to complete the nomination form attached below and provide a brief profile and submit the completed form to the Secretary (see nomination form attached for details.

The Returning Officers and Secretary of TRACALA will, in accordance with the Constitution, will undertake the Election of Officers. Voting will be on the basis of majority vote.
